1½ ounces Teeling Small Batch Irish whiskey
½ ounce Mathilde pear liqueur
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce thyme-honey syrup
¼ ounce Cynar
one egg white
and a small pinch of salt
three drops of cardamom bitters across the foam
“The Good Shepherd”
2.5 oz Gin
1 oz Aperol
.75 oz Lime juice (fresh Squeezed)
2 big Dash of Orange bitters
2 oz Ruby Red grapefruit.
shaken with Ice and pour over more ice.
Garnish with Blood Orange
