How We Seeez It is a review podcast all about how we see it. Steve and Noah talk movies, TV shows, and pair each episode with original cocktails inspired by the topic of the week. We mostly cover film and television, but we are always open to diving into whatever else catches our interest.
Steve is more of the film guy, while Noah leans more toward action, which makes for fun conversations and different takes on what we watch. Come listen as we break things down, share our opinions, and see where we agree, where we don’t, and what makes each movie or show worth talking about.

“I'm not sure I agree with you a hundred percent on your police work, there, Lou.“ – Marge Gunderson. 30 years ago, we got another banger from Coen brothers. Not only a box-office success but now an absolute cult classic. With incredible acting from start William H. Macy, Frances McDormand, Steve Buscemi and Peter Stomare. A nice tight 98-minute story that truly keeps you engaged and not just rewatchable but almost a must second watch is needed. Join us for our discussion on it and don’t forget about our cocktails for this episode. There should be some good ones.

"True Coat"
1 oz Canadian whisky
1 oz aquavit
1/4 oz dry vermouth
1 barspoon lingonberry jelly
1 barspoon Amaro Sfumato
1 dash orange bitters
1 small dash cherry bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled.
Fine strain into a coupe.
Apply a light dill oil mist over the surface.
Top with a sheet of frozen lingonberry jelly, a small mound of crushed ice, and a sprig of dill.
“Minnesota Nice”
2 oz Aquavit
1.5 oz Velvet Falernum
1 oz Frozen lemonade mix
1 oz Frozen limeade mix
Shaken and pour over crushed ice
Topped with Ginger ale
